To wrap up this week I share with you the best salad I've ever made.
It is by far the best. Honestly. No joke.
There is no secret that I love red beans and avocado. Together they are a perfect match.
I combined this dynamic duo with arugula and fresh mozzarella. As a dressing I mixed yogurt with a little bit of cumin, a zest of lime and some salt.
Gorgeous.
